Do your boats have a restroom onboard?
Yes. The catamarans have a head/toilet, similar to an airplane restroom.
What is the maximum number of passengers?
You may have 13 passengers total (you + 12 guests).
Can I add the BOTE Float Premium Add-On to any charter?
The BOTE Float Premium Add-On is available on all daytime 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour charters.
Can we bring alcohol on the boat?
Yes. Feel free to bring alcoholic beverages for those 21 years of age or older. (Wine & alcohol bottles are acceptable but cannot be removed from the boat per Coast Guard law).
Is this a separate charter?
No. This is a premium add-on that can be added to your daytime charter.
Does Crab Island Luxury Adventures provide snorkeling equipment?
Yes. Snorkeling gear is included with our Family Escape Premium Add-On Package, making it easy for families to enjoy the clear waters around Crab Island without needing to bring or purchase their own equipment. Availability may vary for other charter experiences, so please check your package details or contact us with any questions

What is your cancellation policy?
Your safety is our top priority. If unsafe weather or unsafe boating conditions prevent your charter from taking place, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
For all other cancellations, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of your charter are non-refundable unless Flexible Cancellation Protection was purchased during booking.
Our optional Flexible Cancellation Protection is available for $75 and allows you to cancel for any reason up to 72 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued once the charter has departed the dock.
