Catering Packages for Private Charter Experience

If you would like an alternative package, please give us a call and let us know if you prefer Package #1 or Package #3.
Package #1
- Charcuterie Tray 12″x17″ Artistically arranged meats (3) and cheeses (5) with grapes, berries, crackers, and bamboo knife. Serves 6-8
- Sandwich Platter -24 half sandwiches
- S’mores Brownies 9″x13″ pan. Ghirardelli chocolate brownies with a Southern graham cracker crust and toasted marshmallows on top.12
Package #2
- Charcuterie Tray 10″x12″ Artistically arranged meats (3) and cheeses (5) with grapes, berries, crackers, and bamboo knife. Serves 4-6
- Sandwich Platter -24 half sandwiches
- Fruit Platter – In season: Watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.

- Vegetable Platter – In season: carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumber, sweet peppers, snap peas, squash, etc.
